Business Analyst Consultant - London (Hybrid)


Our client is a capital markets trade processing solutions, they are looking for a Business Analyst with some industry experience in the Cash and Liquidity management domain.

In this role you will be involved in delivering technical solutions to institutionalclients - buy side and investment banks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client facing role and with the latest technology. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office in Central London.


Responsibilities:


  • Gather the business needs of their clients for a specific project and change initiative.
  • Work with the wider Project team to ensure your deliverables are completed.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Business Requirements are fully developed and documented.
  • Troubleshoot middleware issues during maintenance/installations such as Websphere/JBOSS.
  • Provide assistance and support for the definition of the operational processes and procedures.
  • Assist the business to produce workarounds where requirements cannot be met fully.

Essential Skills:


  • 2+ years of experience in workflow/business process management ideally in Cash and Liquidity Management.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to solve problems by writing SQL/Java/Shell Scripts.
  • High level of comfort in Websphere and JBOSS.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party reporting tools.
  • PL/SQL or T/SQL and Programming knowledge.
  • Desire to learn more about client facing business activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and in person.
