AHP Assistant Practitioner - Community MH Enablement Pathway -

Band 4

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Practitioner to work within a dedicated, mental health, community enablement pathway, whilst supporting the current Transformation programme across secondary mental health care services within Coventry and Warwickshire, following substantial new investment.

We are as excited by this service development and the opportunity it provides to improve patient care, reduce the need for inpatient treatment and contribute to the development of innovative interventions.

The expansion of services will provide clinicians with an opportunity to shape its development and evaluate new ways of working in the field; part of a well-established but expanding multidisciplinary team.
