Description
Experienced Telehandler required to operate telehandler on site at Nottingham University. MUST HAVE UP TO DATE TICKET


Responsibilities:


  • Operate telehandler equipment to lift, move, and position materials on construction site
  • Safely transport materials to and from designated areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on telehandler equipment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the equipment

Skills:


  • Proven experience operating telehandler equipment or similar machinery
  • Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety procedures
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness
  • Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, lifting, and operating heavy machinery

Note:

Experience with bulldozers, water trucks, cranes, loaders, diggers, roll-off trucks, front loader trucks, backhoes, or Caterpillar equipment is a plus.

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 2 days


Salary:
From £250.00 per day


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- telehandler: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
- telehandler license (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • CPCS (preferred)
