Description

You will be responsible for the running of our stores within our newly refurbished premises; this includes the management of day-to-day consumables, job specific materials and auditing fleet and warehouse stock.

• Issuing consumables/parts to the engineers; ensuring that all movement of parts into and out of stores is accounted for and that systems are kept up to date.
• Keeping track of assets/critical spares and location; liaising with the management team to ensure requirements are met.
• Control the issuing of PPE and uniform.
• Arranging the return of faulty or unrequired parts.
• Responsible for the receipt of all items from suppliers.
• Product labelling
• Picking for engineering teams
• Ensuring that the stores is kept tidy and organised.
• Assist with delivering fleet vehicles into local garages for servicing.

• Experience of working within a similar environment
• Goodsin, Stores experience
• Basic general electrical knowledge beneficial.
• Experience of working within a stores department/ stock control.
• Strong organisational skills and confident in using databases.
• Strong H&S approach to work.

• Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am5.00pm
• Start date: ASAP
• Permanent contract
• Rate: £11.00£14.00 per hour
