Description
Capital City College are seeking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis to deliver a first-class service to the colleges within the group.
**You will be the first point of contact for a variety of Facilities Management (FM) requirements, providing building users with an excellent FM service, focusing on proactive customer service.
Working closely with the site senior campus management team (this may differ depending on each site, e.g., Assistant Principal, the postholder will assume responsibility for the site(s) ensuring that the needs and priorities of the site(s) are delivered.
The role will have day to day coordination and liaison responsibility working with staff and estates and facilities staff/contractors on-site.
