We are a small, fast paced, HR Consultancy business based in Stockport.
We support our clients with HR, Employment law and Recruitment, and we are passionate about helping our clients to grow.
We are seeking to recruit a professional and personable HR & Recruitment Administrator to support our team.You will be responsible for all recruitment administration processes and functions within our business, supporting the team to deliver quality and professional service for our clients.
To be 'the one' for usYou will have/be:
- Previous experience of working as a HR or Recruitment Administrator.
- Experience of writing job adverts and specifications.
- Experience of arranging interviews.
- Experience of dealing with GDPR & sensitive information.
- Previous experience of working with a HR system, PeopleHR or similar.
- Experience of onboarding sending and formatting offer letters and contracts of employment, coordinating diaries and arranging the induction.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong planning, organising and prioritisation skills with calendar management.
- Excellent use of Word to include high level formatting.
- Experience of using all other Microsoft Office packages.
- A professional and courteous but friendly manner when liaising with our clients.
- A fantastic multi tasker.
You will be required to:
- Draft job adverts and specifications.
- Review & collate CV's.
- Arrange face to face interviews.
- Update and maintain a recruitment database.
- Create interview packs.
- Collate all relative documents including Right to Work and references.
- Arrange inductions.
- Provide support on the people management system, PeopleHR.
- Change payroll or personal information.
- Send offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Arrange access to systems for new starters.
