Mane are looking for a Technical Team Leader for a leading British motor racing team based in Woking, Surrey.


The Role:

  • To coordinate the day to day activities of a multifunctional team, reporting into the Body and Paint business unit Manager.
  • Understand & demonstrate a broad knowledge of the build process to provide training & assist when issues arise
  • Train & mentor Team Leaders and Team Members to achieve high quality in working practices and processes.
  • Prepare for production by checking equipment, tools, parts availability, consumables etc on a daily basis.
  • When required conduct performance reviews for areas of your team who require improvement, considering training, regular reviews

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous management experience within an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Quality focused
  • Good level of knowledge for Microsoft Office packages
Shift patterns - Monday to Friday with over time and premium shift bonus
