Information About The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Our HR team provides support to two specialist regional units:
Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) and the South East Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU).


As part of these units, we play a key role in protecting the communities of the South East from the threats of serious organised crime and terrorism.


In this role, you will work with officers and staff, acting as the first point of contact for a variety of people matters.

To be successful, you should be able and comfortable relating to a wide range of people. You should also have sound experience of working in an administrative role. Alongside this, we are looking for somebody that has excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.

Our ways of working are a blend of three days working in the office and two days working from home.


Please note that this role is part of a national, regional, and local network and you may be required to travel for business purposes to other sites occasionally.

The office base location is difficult to access via public transport. Therefore, we are seeking somebody that holds a UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle ideally.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility.
  • IT literate proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
