  • Attending networking events and working towards securing new business
  • Planning assignments including considering client needs, staff resourcing, key areas of consideration such as outsourcing etc
  • Preparing budgets and signing off with clients
  • Manage the assignment from planning through to completion
  • Working closely with partners
  • Preassignment briefings, site reviews with staff, monitoring and supporting the team at all points
  • Appraisals and reviews
  • Mentor, guide and train staff members including training of new members of the team
  • Identify training needs and ensuring these are met
