My top 100 client have the need for a motivated, forward thinking and personable Accounts Manager to join their growing and thriving team.
The role itself is varied across managing a portfolio of clients and managing a team.

- Attending networking events and working towards securing new business
- Planning assignments including considering client needs, staff resourcing, key areas of consideration such as outsourcing etc
- Preparing budgets and signing off with clients
- Manage the assignment from planning through to completion
- Working closely with partners
- Preassignment briefings, site reviews with staff, monitoring and supporting the team at all points
- Appraisals and reviews
- Mentor, guide and train staff members including training of new members of the team
- Identify training needs and ensuring these are met
