Description

Duties:


  • Provide accurate product information and demonstrate features and benefits
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of communication projects
  • Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns
  • Conduct research to support communication strategies

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,459.08 per year
