    Your Role

    1. Contribute to store sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI tracking
    2. Inspire team members to achieve store targets and KPIs
    3. Demonstrate exceptional customer experience and support team members in achieving this standard
    4. Collaborate with the management team to ensure a strong connection with customers, communities, and internal teams
    5. Support the management team in their absence
    6. Take charge when necessary
    7. Familiarize yourself with company safety and security guidelines
    8. Review and replenish stock to ensure best-sellers are available and the store is presented according to visual merchandising guidelines and commercial best practices
