An exciting opportunity for a MEP
Revit Technician to join the our clients Mechanical & Electrical sector based in the UK.


Location:
UK Wide


Contract:
Permanent, full-time


Responsibilities
Producing Revit models and Cad drawings using a variety of software. Including Autocad, Revit, IES, Solibri, Navisworks.

Ability to work from paper and pen or digital mark-ups from our M&E engineers and to work closely with them to understand their designrequirements to help complete 2D or 3D designs.


Your day to day will include:

  • Co-ordination of Mechanical and Electrical Services through co-ordinated ceiling plans in 2D to full BIM 3D co-ordinated models and clash detection reports
  • Use of Autocad's Dynamic Blocks and Revit Families
  • Attending Design team meeting and coordination meetings

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant industry qualifications: Trade/HNC/HND
  • Understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650, COBie and CIBSE Standards
  • Experience in reading architectural and M&E drawings
