We are currently looking for a Service Administration Apprentice to join our team in our Head Office in Exeter.At STILL, 'who you are' matters. We want to get to know you.

As a
Service Administration Apprentice you will work cross-functionally within our Customer Service Team; this will primarily include the day-to-day communications with our customers to provide the 'face' of STILL.

Who are we looking for?
As an apprentice, no specific experience will be required, however the following will be desirable:
- Experience working within an administration role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise job responsibilities
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships
- Good working knowledge of MS Windows, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records.
You will be enlisted on the NVQ level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and will be supported to complete this within 18 months of commencement.
