About the Role
:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced digital analyst to make a big difference.
You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on activity across Nottingham Trent University's digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, social media and CRM.
Key goals are to driveonlineperformance, improve user experience andoptimisereturn on investment of digital (and wider) marketing activity.
Reporting to the Head of Web and User Experience and working within a collaborative, agile team, you will promote new approaches and embed a data-driven mindset across all digital marketing and communications.
- standard tools for tracking, gathering, analysing, and reporting data such as Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Clarity/HotJar, SemRush etc.
Beyond technical skills, you should be able to communicate complex data in a way that resonates with a variety of stakeholders.
