Job Description:


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The Regional FM Associate will support and partner with the Regional FM Head to support the design and execution of the regional private funds business plan.

Including but not limited to:

  • Assist in designing the regional business and supporting the execution of the plan.
  • Support the FM in executing on a stakeholder management strategy primarily with Diligence Management, Events, Marketing & Content, Client Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Operations and the Investment Teams and Product Specialists
  • Develop and implement the strategy for generating investor interest and driving momentum, working closely with Client Relationship Managers in the region to meet fundraise targets
  • Proactively monitor and tactically adapt the strategy as circumstances change
  • Facilitate key decisions throughout fundraise process with all stakeholder groups.
  • Support the review fundspecific marketing materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations and other documents to provide input that will be relevant for messaging to the market in Europe and the Middle East
  • Qualifications Required:
  • Post graduate degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline
  • Experience Required:
  • 36 years of experience in fundraising for fund strategies, with a particular focus on the Europe.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the LP landscape and preferences, styles and requirements across key regions and investor types
  • Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience.
  • Experience in high volume processes and technology enabled solutions (Competence in using Salesforce, Preqin and similar technology platforms would be beneficial)
  • Experience in real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity asset classes strongly preferred
  • Institutional fund marketing sales and support experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development.
  • Ability to read, speak and write fluent English and or other European languages
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Preqin, Withintelligence
