_Position_
We are recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to support a young boy with various complex health needs in the Preston area, the following opportunities are available:

One Part Time

-
1 Waking night per week 22:00-09:30 on a rotational basis plus**:

2 days 09:30-15:30 to support to school (22.5 hours)

Another Two
Part Time

2 Waking nights per week 22:00-09:30 on a rotation basis plus:

1 day 09:30-15:30 to support to school (27 hours)

_Additional hours required for 12pm-4pm Saturday and Sunday. _
This post involves waking nights and/or days.
