_Adele Carr Financial Recruitment_ are excited to be working alongside a fast-growing business in
Liverpool City Centre, in the search to appoint a new
_Financial Controller_.

This is an exciting, rare opportunity that offers the chance for the right individual to grow with the business and create your own team one day.

In return, my client is offering the below:

Competitive Salary, c£60,000
Annual bonus up to 10%
Hybrid working
City Centre working

The Main Responsibilities would include:

Balance sheet reconciliation
Produce Cash flow forecast
Assist in preparing the company for an institutional fund raise to further expand the loan book.
Implement reporting and loan management systems for investors
Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Supporting the Director with financial reporting and analysis
Reporting financial analysis to external stakeholders

The following experience is required:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 3 years post qualification experience
Experience within financial services would be preferential
An innovative, self

- motivated individual who takes pride in their work with a strong work ethic

Confident communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders
A desire to grow with a business, going on to progress their career towards a Finance Director role
Ability to work alone, but also collaborate with colleagues
