Actively promote our merchandise.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, exceeding expectations and upholding the highest standards.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing questions about materials, merchandising bulletins, and approved company information with accurate and helpful responses.
Take ownership of managing relationships with our existing sponsors, nurturing these connections and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.
Receive incoming merchandise, meticulously verifying and organizing it to maintain an accurate inventory system. This includes checking for any discrepancies or damages and taking appropriate actions.
