Description
Our client has a newly created permanent vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver the end to end life cycle of talent recruitment and on-boarding for Operations Centres and Head Office facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To organise and own advertisements for all recruitment via the ATS, to also include Social Media and website.
To review the job descriptions to ensure they are still up to date and relevant for the role to be advertised.
To schedule, organise and pre-screen potential direct applicants and those from agencies
To assist in first day inductions for the Head Office Facilities.
To establish and maintain database of CVs.
Visiting schools, colleges and universities to maintain relationships to develop a talent flow from all areas
Liaise with the wider People Team with regards to the on-boarding and development plans for new employees
Liaise with People Team teammates to ensure that all vacancies are recruited for in a timely manner
Design and deliver Recruitment training course for site managers and deliver on a quarterly basis or as necessary to ensure all managers are capable and competent
To support and coach managers on appropriate interview techniques
Design and deliver assessment days as required
To report on appropriate KPI's and Metrics
To assist in conducting HR audits as directed by your line manager
To assist the People Team on engagement as appropriate
Updating the HR database and personal records where appropriate
To provide ad hoc HR support to the wider People Team as and when required
Undertake such other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management request.
Skills & Knowledge:
Ambitious, energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for engaing Talent
Degree educated or CIPD qualified with 3 years+ recruitment management experience
Fully working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle including on-boarding
Excellent attention to detail for a high level of administration
A working knowledge of employment legislation is desirable
Excellent MS office skills
