Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute an impactful social media strategy.
- Take charge of the weekly social content schedule for both iAM Compliant and iAM Learning, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
- Coordinate closely with our creative team to ensure timely production and delivery of assets.
- Nurture our social media community, fostering engagement by actively responding to comments and initiating conversations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative content ideas and assist in shaping future social media plans.
- Provide support in analysing social media performance, offering insights to refine strategies as needed.
- Develop HubSpot landing pages to enhance social media campaigns when required.
- Lead the organisation of what is required for events across both brands. e.g booking accommodation, transport, marketing collateral to be used within shows etc.
- Create monthly competitor reports to deliver inhouse to key stakeholders across both brands on broad Marketing to understand the everevolving markets.
Requirements:
- A meticulous attention to detail paired with strong copywriting and proofreading skills to uphold content quality.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage content schedules and collaborations effectively.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in social media or marketing, showcasing your ability to create impactful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using social scheduling tools, preferably HubSpot, to streamline content management.
- Proven track record in managing and engaging social media communities, understanding what resonates with audiences.
- Experience in crafting and delivering social creative briefs that drive successful content creation.
- A genuine passion for the dynamic world of social media, coupled with a curiosity for staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
Salary range:
£25k - £28k, invoiced monthly based on hours worked.
