Construction Metal Forming Ltd (CMF Ltd) are a specialist designers, manufacturers, innovators and installers of profiled MetFloor, metal decking, industrial building systems and associated cold-formed steel construction products.

We are looking for a
Machine Operator who will operate our state of the art plant which includes first line operator maintenance.

Although previous machine operating experience would be an advantage, full training will be provided.

What matters to us most is that you have a positive attitude to work, and you ensure that everything you produce is of a quality expected by our customers.

You will take pride in your work and pay great attention to detail.

You will observe safety and security standards and work to quality standards. You will also be motivated to achieve daily targets.

You will be flexible and willing to learn and train in other departments as and when demand dictates.

Depending on which machine you are working on, this may include some physical work.

Rotating shift patters Monday to Friday: and

Due to the location of the site; successful applicants will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle. CMF LTD, Unit 1, Greenfield Site, Europark Llandevenny, NP26 3WN.

Requirements:

Experience in steel and/or general manufacturing background is preferred but not essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills are required

FLT License (advantageous)
UK Driving Licence (essential)
Must be fit and capable of lifting and carrying
