We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Property Sense Investments.

In this part-time role, your primary responsibility will be lead generation with a specific focus on attracting potential investors and landlords to our investment opportunities.

You will play a key role in growing our investor and landlord network and expanding our reach in the property market.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:Utilise various channels, including online research, social media, networking, and prospecting, to identify and qualify potential investors and landlords interested in our property investments.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights to potential investors and landlords.

Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and tracked efficiently.

Reporting:Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, opportunities, and challenges, allowing for data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with broader business objectives.


Additional Responsibilities:

Sales Admin Support:Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks related to lead generation and sales activities.

Refurbishment Organisation: Collaborate with the operational team to support them in coordinating and organising refurbishments within our portfolio.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets.
  • A passion for the property investment industry and a desire to learn and grow in this field.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year


Expected hours:
No more than 21 per week
