An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trade Mark Paralegal to join a leading international law firm.


The team:

The firm's global Trade Marks team provide a full service from trade mark creation through to portfolio renewal. They work on behalf of a wide range of organisations from commercial brands to public institutions.


The role:

The successful Trade Mark Paralegal can look forward to:

  • Drafting trade mark filings
  • Dealing with renewals
  • Reviewing trade mark watch notices
  • Assisting with completing and filing forms, running reports and searches
  • Updating and maintaining trade mark files on WebTMS
  • Assisting with onboarding new client trade mark portfolio
  • Drafting bundles to accompany instructions to counsel
  • Assisting with IP due diligence exercises

About you:


  • Previous Trade Mark experience within an IP environment
  • Knowledge of WebTMS, UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach with a 'cando' attitude
