About The Role:

***- Job Title: Temporary Accommodation Officer

Hours: 37


Salary:
HC05 £23,893 to £25,979 per annum

Contract:
Fixed Term for 12 months

Closing date: 11/12/2023


Interview date: 13/12/2023- There is currently a vacancy within the Housing Solutions Team to work with the Temporary Accommodation Manager assisting with the day to day administration tasks associated with the letting of Herefordshire Council's Temporary Accommodation.

The successful applicant will work closely with our client group, undertaking risk assessments prior to occupation of accommodation, maintaining registers and records.

The applicant will need the ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment, have good interpersonal skills and the ability to make complex conditions.

A knowledge of housing law would be an advantage together with good computer skills.
