Maidstone, the heart of Kent, seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant.

You will be responsible for

• Support platform users by addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with content creation for social media and other communication materials
• Manage our social media accounts and engage with the online community
• Conduct web research and other tasks as needed
• Help the managing director with various projects and tasks
• Brainstorm ideas, solutions and product features with the team

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in the field of Software as a Service (
SaaS).

The role is varied and requires an individual who is proactive and creative. Bonus points if you have experience in
marketing and/or the
recruitment industry.


Requirements:

• Exceptional oral and written communication
• Ability to work by yourself and as part of a team
• Well versed with social media platforms
• Attention to detail is must
