About The Role:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness, developing, and executing marketing strategies, and achieving our business goals.
You will report to our Director of Marketing, leading and managing all aspects of the marketing function within the company, including the Digital Acquisition, PR and Comms, Product/Website and Social Media teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company's objectives and goals.
- Lead and manage a highperforming marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and industry influencers to support marketing initiatives and strengthen the company's market presence
About You:
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the Retail Sector
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation and analytics including Google analytics/Google Adwords and meta management
- Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimise marketing spend for maximum ROI.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
