We are recruiting for a Fragrance Supervisor to join a globally established retailer that specialises in selling iconic beauty, skincare, hair and fragrance productsin their brand new London flagship store**You will create a retail environment which transforms our stores into the most loved beauty Community through elevating fragrance services and inspiring the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance, whilst enforcing processesand policies critical to long-term revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide extensive coaching and training to assist the team in meeting all commercial and operational KPI's
  • Energize and motivate the team through effective floor management
  • Reinforce sales policies and techniques to achieve sale targets and store objectives
  • Monitor stock availability and report low stock to the Store Operations Supervisor
  • Analyse all relevant KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
  • Plan, implement and oversee instore promotional events or displays.
  • Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, training and monthly trends.
  • Contribute to all Business reports as required.
  • Motivate and develop the team through daily coaching / observations.
  • Increase the team confidence and motivation through praise and feedback for their performance.
  • Identify, engage in recruiting, develop talents and secure succession plans in collaboration with HR.

Who are you?

  • You are dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, attentive and business orientated
  • You have a strong background in customer service
  • Prior experience within fragrance/cosmetics/beauty is preferable
