The Role:


Customer Onboarding Team
The start of the customer journey begins in onboarding.

Have you got high attention to detail, love being busy, coordinating lots of different tasks and keeping customers updatedwhilst we order their equipment and arrange delivery.

Ensuring that the customers account is 100% accurate is their main aim.


Invoice and Finance Team


Do you love crunching numbers, helping customers understand their invoices, fixing things when they are incorrect and prevent a customer paying, collecting payments, and assisting with any billing related queries.

You will also be confident to negotiate with customers over prices and agreements. A busy and varied role.


Resolutions Team
These guys are there when things go wrong, and the customer isn't happy.

If you like problem solving and finding a solution to turn the situation around then this is the team for you.

You have full support to take ownership and make decisions to resolve a problem. Collaborating with other teams across to business to improve customer satisfaction.
