About The Role:

We have a vacancy for a Yard Operative to join our team based in Aberdeen

No experience required as full training will be provided

Main Duties:

Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored correctly
Collection of waste bins and loading them into compactor equipment
Cleaning of internal service areas
Pressure washing
Weed pulling (seasonal)
Salting of walkways (seasonal)
General labouring tasks
Element of heavy lifting as and when required
Ensuring correct segregation of recycled waste plastic, cardboard, metals, and wood assisting to maintain site sustainability KPI

You'll need:

Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
To be motivated, reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
Good communication skills
