Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client based in Thatcham who are seeking a Warehouse Service Advisor.

This role will suit someone who has previous warehouse experience wanting to further their career in a varied role including some customer service (training is given).

The role is working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm and offering a package of £27,000, plus a list of impressive benefits including 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays, life assurance, employee wellbeing, free onsite parking, full product and system and forklift training.

Duties include but not limited to:

To assist with yard procedures.
To supply customers with information and advice on the suitability of equipment available full training given.
Consult with other departments to price on nonstandard enquiries & products.
To negotiate with customers on current product rates
Consult with customers on requirements.
Follow up all quotations.
Accept and process hire/sales orders.
Conduct confirmation calls to customers to check on all deliveries made
