Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Exeter.
The responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs, presenting and explaining product features, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the automotive inventory and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
QualificationsProven skills in customer service, communication, and relationship building
Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
Knowledge of the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles
Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced dealership environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer software
A valid driver's license
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is an advantage
