Luton and South Bedfordshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team operates 365 days per year.

As a clinical lead you will work across a 7 day a week rota most shifts covering 9am - 9pm, but may also have to work 07:4- 20:15.


The post holder will provide day-to-day clinical leadership and co-ordination to a multi-disciplinary, psychiatric intensive Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.

They will provide visible daily leadership and clinical supervision to a team multidisciplinary staff. They will work to ensure that the service provided is of best value and well organized. They will deputize for the Operational Lead in their absence.

  • Improved experience of care by effective Delivery of services to support to support service
users, carers and partner organisations

  • Improve population health outcomes by leading the team with holistic assessments
  • Improve staff experiences for example; timely rota finalisation, leading team and business
meetings, facilitating away days, ensuring team take annual leave as per policy.

  • Improve value of service and increase efficiency
  • To assist the operational manager to ensure that the physical environment is conducive to
deliver a high quality of care.
