Compass Associates are delighted to be working alongside a Private Hospital within the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area to recruit an Orthopaedic Team Lead to join their Theatre Team.


This Hospital has a "Good" CQC rating, with 27 en-suite private bedrooms, 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres and a dedicated Breast Care unit.

Offering an on-site Pathology services and Diagnostic Imaging including CT and MRI. To help patients after surgery they also have on-site Physiotherapy Specialists.

The hospital has a special focus in the areas of Orthopaedics, Spinal surgery, Ophthalmology, Men and Women's Health, and Cosmetic treatment.


As the Orthopaedic Team Lead, you will help manage the day-to-day running of the department and lead a team of highly qualified nurses, whilst being responsible for direct patient care.

You will Lead and promote clinical effectiveness and governance, whilst working directly with consultants who are experts in their field.


Requirements:

3-4 year experience as an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse or Team Lead experience
RGN or ODP Qualified
NMC or HCPC Registration
Ideally hold an SFA qualification, although this is not a requirement.
