About Our Client:
Our client is based within Littlehampton and in the Pharmaceuticals industry.
As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming orders.
- Place outbound calls to chase orders.
- Register new clients.
- Support with any other customer service duties as & when required.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following knowledge/skills:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills & telephone manner
