With 20 years' experience in the utility industry. We specialise in tank dewatering, de-oiling and cleaning throughout England and Scotland.


We are a small family run company located near Brough, East Yorkshire and have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced operative to join our growing team.

With immediate starts available the Site Operative will play a key role in all 4 phases of our projects.

Works will involve a mixture of working away, Monday - Friday throughout England and Scotland as well as yard work based in Sandholme, Brough.


The key responsibilities involve:


  • Tank & vessel cleaning
  • Liaising with site personnel
  • Site and yard preparation
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety processes
  • Following instruction from Site Supervisor and Senior Management.

Starting salary:
£32, hrs a week. Weekday overtime paid at 1.25x and optional weekend works paid at 1.5x.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
  • 5 GCSE's from A-C (Desirable)
  • Confined Spaces certification (Desirable however training can be provided)
  • EUSR SHEA Gas Card (Desirable however training can be provided)
  • Any other site related qualifications/tickets (Desirable)

Experience:


  • Experience working on an industrial site or similar profession.
  • Problem solving and decision making.
  • Operating sitespecific tools and equipment.
  • Following site specific health and safety protocols.
  • Carrying out everyday yard duties.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate use of initiative.

Benefits:


  • Weekday overtime at 1.25x, weekend overtime at 1.5x.

- £30.00 per night subsidies whilst working away on site.
