Contact: James SibthorpI am recruiting for a Lloyd's syndicate that requires an Underwriter (or an Assistant Underwriter) to manage and grow a midstream energy book as the client base transition away from traditional downstream energy insurance products.

The role will complement the Lead Underwriter in the running of a book as the clients look at embracing carbon capture, hydrogen and LNG products.

The role will be more underwriting led with an emphasis on trading, portfolio management, product design and pricing rather than the running of accumulation data reports and CAT modelling which is all done elsewhere.
