Job summary
This will be an initial 6 month contract with a leading Real Estate Developer based in Mayfair. Supporting in the finalisation of the reconciliation of historical data between Cognos Controller and OneStream for both management and statutory data sets. Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure the timely resolution of any unreconciled items. Supporting in the preparation and testing of reporting from OneStream for both statutory and management reporting purposes. Supporting in the production of the annual statutory accounts, contributing toward additional ad hoc analysis required for statutory reporting disclosures. Supporting in the audit process, liaising with the external auditors and performing ad hoc analysis for audit purposes as required. Delivery of other financial ad hoc reporting and support for wider projects within the Finance Centre. Collaborate with the Accounting and broader reporting teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, including supporting the successful implementation of enhancements in our reporting software.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Operates with an open mind, working with a diverse team and stakeholders
Responsibilities

Skills
- Proficient user of Excel
- Previous experience using consolidation software (with Cognos and OneStream experience beneficial)
- Experience of multi-currency consolidations with complex structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and can independently perform deliverables to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Experience of participating in finance-related projects
- Flexibility and willingness to support other team members during peak times
- Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering process improvements
