A market leading cosmetics company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their transformation function and add to their growth and success.

You will play a vital role in helping to manage, plan, and change their operating model to fuel high growth??

Lots of progression opportunities as you will be one of the first to join this team


Key skills needed:

  • 3+ years working as a BA.
  • You will have the ability to understand consumer needs well.
  • Understand the businesses current and future capabilities and create solutions to meet those.
  • Strong communication skills when liaising between external and internal parties.
  • You will need extensive understanding of the
    finance industry

  • Ideally worked with
    finance optimisation processes (record to report, purchase to pay, and order to cash)
:


  • Comfortable with
    process mapping
:


  • You will have a strong understanding of operational processes.
  • Possess a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing business.
  • Willingness to learn and develop beyond your skills now.
  • A want and desire to want to make positive changes within the workplace.

Bonus:

  • Ideally worked in the
    Consumer Goods industry
    (buying, moving, and selling products on a global scale)
