Foundation Coffee House are looking for a friendly and outgoing Part time floor team member to join our Northern Quarter Branch

As floor staff you will be reporting to the shift runner and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers as well as ensuring they have everything they need from the beginning to the end of their journey.

What we are looking for

We are looking for personable individuals who are passionate about Hospitality, people and the brunch/coffee scene
A positive can do attitude, eagerness to learn and to work hard
1 year experience in the brunch scene is desired however training will also be provided

Job roles

Taking orders & payments
Assisting customers with the menus and answer questions
Delivering food and drinks to customers tables
Clearing and resetting tables
Floor set ups and breakdowns
Ensuring the floor is kept clean and tidy
Daily cleaning duties
Following all health and safety procedures
Keep up to date with our online compliance system; Trail
Working well as a team and supporting others when required

Working hours

Your working hours will 22.5 per week over 3 days
You will be working a mixture of weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, so your full commitment will be required

We have a new site opening in September and further plans for 2024 so it's a really good time to be joining the company while it grows with excellent progression opportunities for the correct individual
