Site Supervisor -
Job Overview:
- To ensure that the deadlines and company quality standards are met on Site at all time.
- Managing the team on site at all times to ensure that the efficiency and delivery of the job remains the priority at all times.
- Responsible for the adherence to Health and Safety regulations by self and all others on site.
- Ability and capability to effectively communicate with the clients, customers and the team in order to ensure the job is as smooth running as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing H&S documents in real time on site.
- Accountable for keeping construction manager updated on progress of job and critical issues as required.
- Provide practical and timely solutions to daily issues that may arise.
- Accountable for supervising all of the site team to ensure that jobs run safely and on time.
- Plan work, delegate and implement jobs on a daily basis.
- Responsible for ordering and managing the supply of materials so that the job runs to time.
- Be prepared to report the performance of the site to the construction manager when required.
- Be the main point of communication between the construction manager, team and other management to identify any issues.
- Responsible for ensuring that the subcontractors are fully aware of the company and site standards.
- Responsible for the quality of work that is delivered on site on a daytoday basis.

SALARY - £30,000 - £35,000
