Description

Our wonderful client in environmental consultancy are looking for a dymanic Team PA to cover a maternity contract to support 3 teams in Central London.

The Team PA will supporting 3 teams which will be made up of 5 Directors with wider support to 12 associates.

This will be a diverse role with no two days the same:

Diary management
Process management
Organising client events such as trips to the cricket
Organising team drinks
Admin support for the wider team
Travel management and itinerary writing

Package:

Salary Range: up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
9am 5.30am, Hybrid: 1 days from home, 4 in the office
Pension.
28 days annual leave plus public/bank holidays and closed between Christmas and New Year
Following probation: Discretionary quarterly bonus, a range of health benefits including private medical insurance, season ticket loans and cycle to work scheme.
