Covering SE London, Kent & Surrey with Lewisham, London office base

Up to £25,520 plus paid business mileage
Hyde is looking to recruit a Regional Scheme Coordinator.

As a Regional Scheme Coordinator, you will be working within our Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods team to ensure fire, health and safety assessments are conducted at our supported and sheltered properties.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure good standards of fire safety are implemented and maintained across Hyde's sheltered housing schemes.
  • Ensure legislative compliance and the continuing development and provision of a safe environment for our residents.
  • Complete fire safety audits, inspections and fire risk assessments.
  • Deal with vulnerable residents assessing health and safety and fire concerns within their homes.
  • Conduct annual reviews ensuring that customers' data is up to date.
  • Ensure that new residents' forms are promptly completed.
  • Responsible for the management of communal areas including monitoring of shared facilities, including laundry and guest rooms.
  • Completion of Fire Risk Actions, ensuring that evidence is provided in a timely manner on the required systems.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience of working in a similar customer facing role
  • A Full UK driving license and access to a car
  • Proficient IT Skills
