About The Role:

***You must possess excellent communication skills to be able to support users and understand business requirements in order to implement them into the ATS. In addition, you would need to work closely with the team to ensure that the ATS works in line with current recruitment activity.

  • Work closely with the Recruitment team and Recruitment Management, ensuring communication across the Global Recruitment Management team
  • Liaise with departments across the business to ensure joined up processes
  • Ensure safe data storage, accurate user permissions
  • Assess updates in line with UK and EMEA Process, provide feedback to Eploy, keep internal stakeholders updated
  • Train new users on ATS system and existing users on ATS updates
  • Maintain job vacancies
  • Respond to queries
  • Gathering ongoing feedback and implementing improvements
  • Support users across the UK and EMEA and ensure accurate local processes
  • Train new users and keep training materials up to date
  • Investigating errors within ATS, liaising with Recruiters & Eploy to manage effective resolutions

About You:

  • Fully IT literate
  • The ability to work in fast paced and demanding environment
  • Selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Experience using and supporting with ATS, preferably Eploy
