Global 32 (UK) Property Management Ltd, is an energetic sales and lettings estate agent.We strive to deliver comprehensive and professional services in sales, lettings, and property management service to buyers, sellers as well as tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Able to generate new business; source potential landlords / buyers
- Ensure personal sales revenue & profitability targets are achieved
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
- Carry out telephone enquiries to generate interest and leads from prospects from our database
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Estate Agent
- A positive person, can work multitask, under pressure
- Be selfmotivated
- Skills in negotiation and persuasion
- A confident and outgoing manner
- Determination, perseverance, and patience
- An understanding of marketing techniques
- Ambitious with a burning desire to succeed
- Possess great people skills, communication is key
- Have utmost integrity and honesty at all times
- Hold a Full UK driving licence
- Basic Salary
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pays (Uncapped commission)
Working hours are:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30 pm
