Fresh Start Waste Services are a service based commercial waste management business serving a range of organisations across the whole of the North West.

Our mission is to lead the way in Waste Management.


An opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administrator to ensure the Company safely and effectively fulfils its requirements under the Operating Licence, it meets its service standards efficiently, and always remains cost effective and compliant.


Responsibilities:


  • To ensure that the requirements of the Operating Licence are adhered to at all times.
  • To ensure completion of all transport related policies, including vehicle annual tests, record keeping and fleet inspections.
  • To support the Fleet Manager by providing timely information to ensure they oversee the commercial performance of the fleet and ensure maximum contribution to the business' overall objectives.
  • To support the organisation with the roll out of new technology to support the management and administration of the fleet.
  • Assist with office tasks such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and maintaining records

Requirements:


  • Excellent IT and administration skills with a fine attention to detail.
  • Operators Licence Awareness Training
  • Experience supporting the delivery of vehicle maintenance and testing.

Desirable

  • CPC Holder
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and Reporting
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Please note that previous experience in a fleet administration role is preferred but not required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
