An opportunity has arisen for a highly experiencedQuality & Performance Coordinator within one of the world's largest Facilities Management, Construction, Facilities, Maintenance and Production companies
Purpose of Role
- Manage and maintain Performance Team meetings, ensure meetings minutes and actions are available
- Develop and deliver Tool Box Talks to the Performance Team
- Managing absence and holiday cover, complete return to works, monitor absence manager and ensure absentee's workload is covered
- Hold regular informal 1:1s, set the team smart objectives and monitor
- Carry out annual PDRs
- Carry out Inductions
- Ownership of operational data for the contract, held in the
CAFM system (Maximo) - Accurate performance reporting, producing reports for clients and colleagues
- Analyse data, provide commentary and present performance to key stakeholders, suggesting actions for improvement
- Responsible for the contract reporting and it's development (Monthly, Regional & Quarterly, Annual reporting)
- Manage Daily performance analysis, ensuring report are available for the ops. Team and the management
- Support Performance Manager in the development of performance monitoring and measurement techniques.
- Working with digital team to introduce enhanced reporting tools/formats
- Complete a performance review of the open jobs weekly and escalate all that require closure with the FM and the head of operations
- Review the compliance performance to ensure task completion within specified timeframes is on target
- Ensure Reporting guides /processes are in place, update as necessary
- Provide support for note taking on direction from line management
