Residential Conveyancing Assistant, Newcastle Upon Tyne (Qualified or Unqualified)Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and completion of legal documents related to property transactions
- Conduct research and gather information on properties, titles, and deeds
- Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Schedule and attend property inspections and viewings
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for review by solicitors
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problemsolving skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
