An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established new house builder based in Leicester.

Family-run for 130 years, we strive in delivering exceptional service to our customers and continue to create communities throughout the East Midlands.

This role will be based at one of our sales offices in the Leicestershire area.


This is a part time role where you will be responsible for promoting and selling new Jelson homes ensuring you deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

You will be working face to face with customers as a brand ambassador for the business.


Your key tasks will include:


  • Securing reservations for properties
  • Leading escorted viewings with our customers
  • Negotiating between customers and liaising with head office
  • Assisting customers with the colour choices for kitchens/tiles/carpets
  • Updating and managing the CRM software
  • Managing and booking site viewings ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures, working with Site and Assistant Managers
  • Dealing with general requests from the Sales or Assistant Sales Manager
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaising with Site and Assistant Site Managers to ensure clear communication and priorities
  • Responsibility for key exchanges
  • Attending and contributing to weekly meetings with Site Managers
  • Compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments & procedures at all times
  • Carry out additional duties within your skill and competence
  • Compliance with GDPR at all times

Hours of work:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 11am-5pm

Benefits:
Mileage and commission for house sale and mortgage product.


Job Type:
Part-time

Expected hours: 24 per week


Supplemental pay types:

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- property: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
