CRM Manager

Location:
London (Hybrid)


Length:
ASAP for 3 months


Rate:
Umbrella -
£350 - £425 per day (inside IR35)


Hours:9:30am-5:30pm


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Work with the Trade Marketing team and key Content sales stakeholders to agree the overall approach for CRM for Showcase.
  • Develop frameworks to measure the performance of the Showcase CRM activity.
  • Be a 'goto' person for CRM questions for Showcase; give guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all CRM systems and processes inherently drive compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines (e.g. recording the exact data protection statements used for collection), provide industryleading security and are designed groundup to ensureintegrity.

Knowledge, skills, training and experience:


  • Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing
  • Preferred: Experience in delegate management for live events i.e. capturing and tracking RSVP / general data capture
  • Preferred: Experience with delegate management web platforms i.e. Redsnapper / Bizzabo
  • Preferred: Experience in data platform integration / ESP migration (with the goal to migrate from DD
  • SFMC next year)

  • Daytoday decisions will tend to be around capability prioritisation e.g. which feature do we drop from a build;
  • Capability implementation planning requires detailed decision making over the course of the project
Scope

  • Focused on Showcase
  • A mistake around use of data can have serious legal and reputational implications.
  • Expected to operate relatively autonomously for most daytoday activity. Will work with CRM manager for background and context on previous CRM activity to customers.
  • Key measures of success include: platforms and capabilities delivered to time, quality and budget
