About the Role


We are looking for an organised individual to join our fast-paced and ever - growing company as a member of the People Team.

You must be able to communicate at all levels, demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

It is essential that you can produce a good standard of work by easily following processes and procedures, whilst efficiently ensuring the end-to-end running of the HR operations.

**What you can expect in a HR Administrator role at TP: - Work as part of a team of who provide HR administrative support to the whole organisation.

  • Understand the business objectives to provide appropriate support and guidance on HR administration best practice.
  • Provide a full administration service across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employment changes, leavers, and employment reference responses.
  • Ensure confidentiality and a professional manner is maintained with all colleagues, at all times
  • Compile, analyse and manipulate reports from the HR system(s) as required
  • Work with the HR team and external teams to provide reporting and HR trends
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries channel appropriately
  • Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc projects
  • Work closely with Payroll to report new starters, absence, changes and leaver information

Requirements:


What are we looking for:


  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • Previous office based administration experience
  • Experience working with data systems, inputting data, reporting on data and maintaining systems.
  • Excellent organisation, time management skills and experienced in prioritising changing workloads and working to deadlines.
  • Experience with data manipulation and data analysis
  • You will need to be able to pull raw data and provide summaries and reports.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point) and a desire and ability to expand PC skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
